What “new titans” are you referring to? Afaik there won’t be any new titans introduced.
The titans added to the update long time ago, for example like the armored hydra and rare titans
Before there is not yet armored hydra long time ago, I’m reffering to new high level titans 10 to 12 stars

It doesn’t include 13 and 14 * titans yet but they are the same titans as 10 - 12 * titans, just more powerful.
