I can make an 847, 746, 1497 Panther.
If you saw this, would you try something and would it be a viable tank? It certainly would make a nice flank 
She’s similar to Eve, not bad but not ideally suited for defense unless you have another like color to take advantage of the element defense down. Best use for either eve or panther seem to be on left wing with a matching sniper like lianna or sartana on right wing.

Maybe with another purple or two in the corners for a bold strategy?
But I find her special is not particularly frightening on raids and the elemental debuff is of limited value if there’s only an occasional purple attack.
Kudos for hording the emblems, though.
