Or his activation can fire several times during 3 turns?i.e. if Hippo is active and you fire 2 ither heros, will Hipoo fire once or twice?

Nope, he fires his skill every time when an ally fires his skill in 3 turns.
So if all 4 allies firing their skill, then he deals 4 *225% damage in total.

I’m pretty much counting the seconds until my raid defense is mulched by
Hippo-Alucard-Alucard-Alucard-Alucard
or something similar enough to make no practical difference.
