More Insights & Reading

I highly recommend reading these three threads for more information and context on summoning odds:

If you’ve read them a million times before, you may consider reading them again before deciding on your budget for summoning. A little time spent deciding on how much money you want to risk on summoning goes a long way to avoiding disappointment, frustration, and regret later.

I have absolutely no idea if this card is good. On one hand, without any direct damage it feels like it will kill far too slowly.

But if the mega fiend lands on your healer then the mana debuff stops them healing to destroy it, and then what are you meant to do? (Except that Rosalind is the most popular healer in the top meta and a mega minion will destroy the fiend)I

It certainly feels like it would be better on attack than defence.

I hate the mechanic anyway, fiends are super unfun to play against and I think mega fiends are really bad for the game

Well, I wanted one - and on one ten pull I got one.

Looking forward to seeing how it does.

I think these fiends are going to be a problem. Mega minions do huge damage, basically like having an extra player on your team. The fiends will be no different.

Absolutely. Just wondering if a MM can push the Mega Fiend away.

Yeap, ramona is pretty annoying already.

The way I understand it, they should, Just Like Minion/fiend

From what I know: MF will replace MM and vice versa

Does this get down to 6 tiles charging with the 20% charge and legendary troops (not magic troops)?

Yes… Grovevert becomes very fast after 1st cast

That seems a pretty huge buff compared to beta

The new purple mega fiend guy got a big buff too. I’m assuming the beta consensus was that mega fiends aren’t actually that good in practice?

Is grovevert male or female, question of the day

Great counter to MM’s. Especially the ones that cleanse each turn. The family passive makes that hero go night night!

Same as mega minions, too op and no fun at all.

It’s not that straightforward especially against Rosalind who is the current top tier cleanse tank MM hero. She is cleric who could resist the moth powder and could just reverse the MF anytime she wants

Can clerics resist this? It’s not the moth powder that matters (which would be resistible) it’s the reduced mana that comes from the fiend

I would assume that heroes that resist fiends would resist these mega ones as well right?

I’m assuming not. Just like we have heroes that are immune to damage/effects from minions, but their immunity doesn’t apply to damage/effects from megaminions.

Just a matter of time before they release heroes that resist fiends and megafiends
