Grimm and Barbarian class

So I got Grimm at level 6 and he’s becoming a beast. I want to go with full attack power on him, he got a glass defense but i dont care lol, he is made to hit hard and debuff not to be a tank.

I wanted to know, how will the 8th step work, its supposed to increase the attack by 3%, apart from the fact that 3% at 746 is more than 22 points, but they only add 21 as you can see in the picture. Is this a fixed %? based only on the current attack stat and basically only affected by the previous choices? What i mean is, this percentage wont change if future nods in attack will be picked right?

AFAIK, % stat boost node applies only using the hero’s base stats so that + atk won’t ever change.

So even the previous +atk from the talent tree didn’t affect it. You would get the same bonus from that node had you gone into pure def and health.

Thanks, now it makes sense why is 21 points and not 22 [should be 21.5 tho :joy:].
I was already making calculations based on his current stat not on what it used to be on default lol.
It still looks like this is the best route to maximize the attack tho, since if you go the other route you get like 15 points if I’m not mistaken.

I’m at exactly same point, also going all out with attack ;). So yes I’m going with the 21pts side :wink:
