I have alberich 20 talents and is only 5* green i have finished. I have now 6 tonik. Options. Mother north, Francine,bertila,lianna, costume elcanen. Help guys. Who should level up.
You already have Alby so Mother North is a bit of a luxury hero. I imagine your need would be for offence.
Lianna is still a top sniper and if you get her costume bonus she is still THE top sniper.

It’s a toss up between Lianna and Francine. You can’t get wrong with either.
In my honest opinion, you can narrow it down to three from your list of 5* green
Lianna
Bertila
Francine
You will do well with any of those
But my personal preference would be Lianna
Whichever hero you choose good luck
