I am leaning towards Kingston since I have Heimdall already. Don’t really know a lot about the rat, but he looks interesting.
Any thoughts?

Don’t waste your time with Ratatoskr. He was my first 5 I had the mats to max out. He is ok on offense, but not great by any means. And horrible on a defense team.
Go with Rat! A+ for titans, great and fun to play with when attacking green on offense. Sturdy defender with that nice extra to his special. Imaging stacking green vs blue tank and then all of a sudden, the green tiles become virtually worthless. Best thing you cannot stop his special with malosi, Grazul, debuffers, etc. With the current meta, he is awesome.
In my honest opinion, I would focus on Kingston first and then max Telluria.
