Hello, my problem is that when the game loads, sometimes some of the buildings, heroes, or items appear completely black. In Battle usually the hero portraits appear black too.
I have to restart the game several times before it loads properly.

My Phone is Huawei P8lite (2015)
2 GB RAM
|OS| Android 5.0.2 (Lollipop), upgradable to 6.0 (Marshmallow)
|Chipset| HiSilicon Kirin 620 (28 nm)
|CPU| Octa-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53
|GPU| Mali-450MP4
The internet connection is usually either 4G LTE mobile data or 802.11n home / work network with full signal.
There are no other background processes.
I’ve already had tried the following without resolving the issue:
Reinstall the game several times.
Clean the phone.
Clean the caches, data etc.
Use a “game booster” app
Reset many settings to default.
I couldn’t find any option to “lower” the graphics, not did I find an option to load slower but 100% surely working.
