I used to play Lords and swords and was actually one of the top ten players in the world (6 or 7 I think) until their server crashed and I lost 1 1/2 hours of work that I put into the game. I quit after that. Last Sunday the Empires and puzzles server went down and I was in the middle of a raid that I was about to win. I wasn’t too bent out of shape about losing one raid and figured I will make it up later. I wasn’t expecting anything when I noticed that on Monday I had a notification that said “Our server went down and we see that you were affected by it” and they gave me a free raid refill! Now this gesture is the sort of thing that will keep me playing this game. Kudos to the staff of Empires and puzzles!!!

Too bad they didn’t compensate those of us that COULD NOT log in at all… It affected my timings on battles massively.

They didn’t have to do anything and it was nice of them to give us a gift.
