Golden Emblem's QOL tweak

It would be a very nice QOL to allow Golden Emblem’s usage on an already unlocked Hero talent’s node, replacing emblem’s price of said node and giving back to players the talent’s node cost.

Golden Emblems can be use to unlock a Hero’s talent node at no additional cost.
Golden Emblems can not be reclaimed if the Hero’s Talent nodes ares reset.

I love that idea… But… Golden emblem tokens are a mere myth to be… I hear of their existence… And yet have zero first hand experience of their existence.
