Goblin balloon is not showing on my screen

I updated the game and also purchased goblin balloon and opened two chest and I don’t see the goblin balloon appear on my screen so am I missing something ? what’s going on ?

If you bought the two crates then your balloon will disappear, until you get a new a crate.
