Im not able to see global chat anymore after i reinstalled the game??, is this some kind of bug??

The same issue with my account too. No luck after re-installing the app.
Do not understand why there is no reply from game support?

Hi Fox,
Support team have addressed this issue. They have said that, to ensure player safety and security the global chat was restricted in certain regions. Their development team are working on the issue and chat functionality may be resumed to all regions in the future updates.
