Just a FYI but the forum rules prohibit the posting of multiple Recruitment Threads for the same alliance,
Your alliance has 2x active ones:
your duplicates will liekely be closed/ merged together. For future stuff I would suggest bumping your main recruitment thread to keep it near the top. Can do this by posting a comment on it, typically people do this to show the current openings
