I already sent a support ticket, but decided to warn here too. Made a 10x pull, first the gate just tried summoning, then it froze. Had to restart game. Of course gems were gone and no heroes

Hope this is not the trend cus this game is starting to look like a scam

Update. As I said it froze , no summons came forward and I had to close th game. Just now I went to my hero roster and there are some summer heroes there! So I seem to have got them, although no idea whom, besides sand summons I got- none of them are marked as new.
