The gem section of the store says all items are unavailable, yet the other sections like featured and battle items are accessible. Also seems like screen goes dim and
game freezes in store
Try fully closing and reopening the game 
usually fixed it for me.
Think it’s some kind of connection / authentication error which resolves itself with a game restart.
