Gem Refunds....REALLY PISSED

I had something similar happen. I checked the Name Change to see how many gems it takes and cancelled out. It still took my 500 gems. I didn’t even change my name. I contacted support and they claim that there’s nothing in the log showing the 500 gems were taken.

Lol, figures the time I try to give a proper respectable reply instead of telling somebody to get off the tit, they turn out to be trolling. Enjoy your 600 gem common herbs, use them wisely.

So you dropped your phone and accidentally pushed the purchase and confirm button and you immediately realized what happened and closed the claim and sent a message that this was obviously an accident. Now you are upset that the purchase has been deemed valid after the initial 2 step confirmation and you wanted the claim button to be the final confirmation step for a “get at least x# of these items” purchase. Cool story bro.

Yes, this can happen and I’ve had the same thing happen. Not completely unbelievable. I simply moved on and used the items.

It is just hard for me to believe that someone could drop their phone and in the process click the purchase and confirmation buttons in one swoop. That’s pretty hard luck, if you’re hitting like that I would head straight to the casino.

So you’re saying you want to be able to return the purchase after you’ve seen what you got? Really? That’s like asking the slot machine for your quarter back after you saw you lost. Or returning your losing scratch ticket.

It’s more like - “I was walking next to the slot machine, tripped, a quarter flew out of my hand and into the coin slot, then I accidentally grabbed the handle for the pull on my way down. Please give me my money back”

I agree with you but something should be in place to help in situations like this.

I apologize for the sarcastic response. However, you are asking for a refund of a purchase based on the fact that you did not claim the prize. This button is only available after you have seen the result of the draw.

How do you propose SG differentiate between you and the person who is simply disappointed they didn’t get the items they hoped for? I don’t see a way, but maybe I’m missing something.

Sorry it’s hard to believe but that’s what happened. My phone slipped out my hand, I tried to catch it, fumbled to catch it. When I recovered mmy phone and looked at the screen claim this was on the screen. When my phone slipped out my hand I was looking at the page with the different gem offers. I was looking for the flasks offer.

There’s nothing in that combo I can’t craft. In addition I use all one, two, and three star heroes for levelling. I only have four and five star heroes on my account. They can clearly see I would have not purchase that combo.

I don’t think you’re looking at it from their point of view. And I disagree that they can clearly read your intent based on your previous behavior. I gotta be honest, if I’m them I would not refund your gems in this case or any case that requires them to analyze your in game behavior.

I’m sorry you lost your gems that way but I think the issue is you dropped your phone, not SG dropping the ball.
