Quite recently I’ve tried to buy the loot tickets offer, but as I was forwarded to the payments window the game froze and the whole process stopped. My card balance shows the purchase, yet I haven’t received the items In the offer. Who should I try to reach, can SGG support do something about this or should I contact Google instead?

Liven them up and just call your bank with a dispute. Guaranteed that’s what I’d do fo my favourite pals.
The problem has been resolved, looks like the play store corrected the error and refunded the payment automatically.
