Why is it thousands of peoples game keeps crashing, including mine, all the trouble shooting tips that E&P give do nothing to help out, just blame it on connection or your device, I’m so close to following others and quitting the game, it is getting beyond a joke! Even the loot was meant to have gotten better but has gotten worse! Not worth my time anymore!

And here I thought I was the only one with the problem 
Maybe it’s not a server side problem. I am in a chat room of 80+ people from all over the world, and I have not heard one word about game crashing today.
It depends, are you on IOS? Because I’ve had loads of people telling me about the game crashing over that past few weeks that are on Android, nothing but pure problems.
