Game jams.. it start to jame frequintly in the middle of raids

This is happening to me lately more than i can forget about it last one was today at my 5 tournament raid with my full house heroes and last enemy one hero and its jamed cant finish then im out of the game with lost … and now i have to bay 75 gems to go on … and this qas not my fault.

By “jam” do you mean the game freezes?

Best to contact support :slight_smile: if you have screenshots or videos etc… of the game freezing that’s even better.
