I raid today to fill hero chest. I started at 2337 cups when I was done it counted the cups so I went and won two tourney matches to finish filling my chest when I cashed it in I got platinum rewards not diamond. I looked and was back at 2337 cups and on our alliance page I had 2480 which is what I should have had
If you feel you are missing a proper reward, you would need to contact SGG. There’s a link below. I can’t imagine anyone here would be able help. I also doubt you have a screenshot just before opening the chest, no?
