Every time i level up a hero the game crashes after last update

I’d suggest you send a message to Small Giant directly. Either use the in game report an issue button (hidden in Options–>Support), or use this link: https://smallgiant.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Also worth trying is powering down your device and restarting it.
