When I complete missions and open the chest, I get Free Hero tokens, however they don’t appear in my account. They are never actually rewarded. How do I get this fixed? Tired of “doing the work” then no rewards.

They can give you the missing reward.

Welcome to the forum as mentioned you will have to contact support
You will get a generic response at first but someone will get back to you .
Your recent activity can be helpful if you get a sliver token or troop or hero token . Take a screenshot and then one of your inventory to show that they are not coming to your account
