OK I try but english is not easy

Why I can’t revenge raid these players “Note: this player is playing on a different app version

When the attack was done both players were on the same version. One of the players - either you or your opponent - updated after the raid ended. Once you’re both on the same version you can revenge the raid.

That being said, this happens each time there is an update to the game.

This really isn’t an issue and can actually be used to your advantage. When an update come out, do these steps and it will never be an issue

1. Revenge raid everyone in your tower that’s on the same version.
2. Immediately do the update to your account.

Once your updated you’ll be able to revenge those that did the exact same thing (hit you and then immediately updated). Also, those on the old version shouldn’t be able to attack you.
