Floating Thread Title in Forums?

Is it possible to show the thread title (much smaller of course, maybe one thin line) across the top of threads as you read them?

I was in a thread that runs back to September 7, and I had to scroll a long long time to the top to discover which thread I was in. :grin:

Yep, definitely a much needed useful feature when we are reading lengthy discussion threads with more than 15-20 posts. Thanks :grinning:
