Finding LGBTQ groups and players

Howdy. I’m currently the leader a group called “Lesbian War Alliance”. We’re not just lesbians, we’re actually to open to all, even straight allies. We’re currently looking for new members, but often it feels like recruiting is a waste of time, especially going into the “Global Chat” area.
I try to make my text pop with color and icons.
Does anyone have any additional tips on how to recruit more efficiently? What has worked best for you?

You should consider posting in the alliance recruitment sub-forum with certain pertinent information to give a quick snippet of what your alliance is about.

The following information is good for setting expectations of what the alliance goals are:

Level of Titans you’re attacking/defeating
War Rules/Requirements
Member Activity/Participation Requirements
Any 3rd party communication requirements (Line, Discord, etc.)

I think that should help get you on the right track with some nice prospective members

I see you’ve got a topic set up under #alliance-recruitment which is a good thing to have  **Lesbian War Alliance** Looking for new members

I’d recommend keeping that thread updated regularly, and make it attractive to look at.

But another great thing to do, is to also keep an eye on #alliance-recruitment for any new threads of players looking for alliances  I see those topics pop up there often.

Another great thing to do is join some social groups that discuss E&P, in apps such as Discord or LINE (I myself prefer these apps because I can stay as anonymous as I want to). Here’s a topic where you can find some of those groups: Good LINE and Discord groups - #35 by zephyr1

Thank you for the tips! A while back I made a post in the recruitment area and I can’t edit it. Like the option isn’t there. It also says I don’t have permission to delete anything either. Do I just need to participate more on this site to gain experience so I can made edits to my posts? Or am I missing something obvious?

Yes, you need to hit a minimum level of Forum usage to be able to edit posts past 7 days.

You’re currently at TL1 (Trust Level 1), and need TL2 to edit posts older than 7 days.

TL2 can be earned by meeting the following criteria:

  • Visiting at least 15 days, not sequentially
  • Casting at least 1 like
  • Receiving at least 1 like
  • Replying to at least 3 different topics
  • Entering at least 20 topics
  • Reading at least 100 posts
  • Spend a total of 60 minutes reading posts

Don’t recruit on general chat. recruit on alliance recruitment chat. It’s more focused.
Prepare your ad.
Paste.
Go and do a raid or something.
Repeat.

I find I fill my spots within 1 - 2 days with no major hassle.

Don’t bother reading the chat or responding to the naked people, that’s a waste of time.

I honestly don’t know why people ■■■■■ about recruiting being a pain.

All the best.

Ps if you get harassed by jerks report them to S&G as that isn’t right
