I played level 1-7 got 13 coins … Is this the best level for Atlantis coins or did I just get lucky ???

I would say lucky.
You probably found a sea dragon or 2. They give coins.
Was it the first time you cleared the level, normal or hard.

Normal it gave me 3 than 10 … I got 101 coins going to do my first ever Atlantis pull!!!
