What is the best defense/offense for field aid? Trying to figure this thing out.

Tactics for field aid wars

What is your tactics for wars with field aid? Do you go in with the same war team every time or do you make changes based on the type of war you are fighting. For this coming war I opted for three fast hitters and two healers (on flank) to get maximum aid. My team power is about 200 points lower than my ‘normal’ war team. How do you approach field aid?

Rush I use 2 healers because no advantage given to defense. Arrows I use because with arrows I have 5 beating on offense. I use 2 with heal because healers are impossible to kill with another healer and hard the team is hard to kill with 3 way healing
