Nah, Rare Quests have set pattern of items that appear (Damascus → Rings → Tonic → Scope → Tome → Darts → Tabard and repeat) and semi-pattern on when they appear (week give or take, with exception of Challenge Events when they’re set to not to appear). Last one with tabard was Wednesday or so week before I knew it was around corner.

Also maxed Ferrus, emblemed him fully and enjoying the guy a lot! That corrosive poison is really handy in slowing down enemies and I like animation of it triggering. Also as Pirate Construct he thematically fits in dealing with current Untold Tales.
