@zephyr1 what about blind realm debuff overwriting other, better blind debuffs, e.g. by Joon. Is that on purpose?
Has anyone looked into that??!! Got to be a bug. Because that does not seem like it should be a negative effect, but it should add to other blind heros.
It does not add. The blind is a negative effect that is applied below a certain health threshold, it does not function the way runes do in the S3 map.
All runes add benefits, this one must be a bug d/t it making other “blinders” effects much worse. This does not seem intentional and needs to be looked more into.
This is not a rune, it is a similar status ailment.
I do not think you understand. The realms are there to empower their members. Fenrir makes him a liability on defense with heros such as Joon or Bruce Lee. So does the midgar realm make other attack buffs get replaced, or does it add to heros such as boldtusk? +5% to boldtusks +% or does it override it and make it worse?
EDIT: So I tested Midgar Realm and it becomes a liability and BT does not stack and gets replaced by the +5%… I did not realize these Realm bonuses can have a negative effect on your teams… Was this intended?
SG should create a new symbol for realm bonuses, so these can stack.

While I thought Fenrir was great on offence, I think he is great on both offence and defence! On offense you will target him to do mostly 600% when possible - and get some mana - looks amazing! On defense he is also great - assuming a 50% hit and miss rate to use his 600% damage, on average he will do 450% on def- with skill to blind enemies near death and to gain mana - also a devstating card!
Has anyone thought about emblems for this hero? I have a few questions if anyone knows how the mechanics work.
A) Does the blind kick on based on a percentage or is it based on HP. For example, will it always go off at 300hp-ish or, if you go the HP/Def route will that increase the blind to kick in at same HP or does that increase to say 400hp-ish now?
B) Would it be more beneficial to go the HP/DEF route to increase the heal percentage since you prolly wont need the extra damage since 600% will kill anyone below 50%?
It is a % of the hero HP stat after troops. So yes, adding HP nodes will increase the HP number at which the Realm Bonus triggers.
Maybe but I personally (if I had him) would be going the Attack Route. Purely because his function is as a sniper… More Attack = more damage on the normal strike AND on the 600% boosted strike. The healing/ mana generation is really quite small in the scheme of things & only plays a minor benefit to him while damage will help the team overall.
A note on the “600% will kill anyone below 50%” part; if you pair Fenrir with Wilbur you can take good advantage of the “600% damage” part to impact/ kill more enemies
Thank you so much. You know thats a good idea! You could also throw in Frida to dispel 2 ppl and make that 600% to 3 ppl. Or use frida first, and then wilbur will add the -44% and -54% ice. Could also be massive. Can’t wait to test some of those pairings up!
He is now one of my favourite heroes in the game. For sure I plan to start embleming him att route ( finished King + 18 ) once I start getting fighter emblems.

Am not saying the strongest, he is just super fun to use and play with ( for me ). Also with all the +19/20 emblemed teams very often Fenrir 600% hit is what I need to kill off 45-49% hp left heroes.
Used him in 3/2 with Frida and Vela, now using him in 4/1 with Frida, Vela, Magni and Rigard for heal and cleanse off colour.
Very often after Frida and Vela ( + the tiles to charge all ) have at least 2 heroes on the 40-49% hp, so Fenrir dismantles any hero and than is charged with 3 ghosted tiles.
Yeah he seems fun. I’m close to the final ascension and POV just gave me my 6th scope

Suprisingly I’m enjoying him as well. Just recently got him to 3.70 so i took him for a spin on a red 8*. Had kiril +9, grimm +10, wu +10 fenrir 3.70 and threw in triton +9.
When i tested this I was able to make sure titan was below 50% and I had no buffs active when i launched his special. Did 1416 damage not stunned with no wu or kiril boost or grimm def down. That is at 3.70 so he should benefit even more once I gather the 3 capes to max him.
