I have no evidence, but have feeling that on this war it was mistake of developers and not only attack was increased, but also defence by very big figures. I have a case when Richard with about 100 of HP was staying under stones about 7-8 moves (all moves were bitten). Not only I have such feeling but sorry I remember this too late. No evidence to check …
