As per latest SG announcement:

Upcoming Change: Valhalla Coins Introduced as Reward (Version 28 Onwards)

We will be introducing Valhalla Coins as a reward from Wanted Missions and Rare Titan Battles, as of the upcoming update (version 28). Due to this change, Atlantis Coins will no longer be available from these sources. Do note that you can still receive Atlantis Coins by completing Season II Stages for the first time and from the Unique Enemies during Atlantis Rises.
