Yesterday we expelled a member of our Alliance. We did this before the war started, and today we see his team in the war camp, and our opponent can kill him and earn points.
Please, how can we solve this?
If you were already matched when you kicked him they put it as ex member. It is best not to kick when you have a war already going or matched. It hurts you in the long run. Just because they can hit the ex and get points and that ex can’t hit. Wait till the war is done. They did this because of war jumping

Or before the matchmaking period. Those are the two times to kick.
Those two times are one and the same! 
You’re right technically. I think there is a different mentality whether true kicking is immediately after a war or just before matchmaking, but you are right. A bask in the shadow of your knowledge.
