I had no idea using that name was against policy. But it’s true, I’ve met a few players using that name. That’s most likely what happened to you.

Well I tried. Man the support system is convoluted and keeps hanging at the chat stage. Why cant we just write a message to them explaining the issue instead of having to chat with a robot?
