As it is right now, it is taking so much screen space with all these promotions and events. If I want to get rid of these promotions and events, I need to spend money on them and there are SIX promotions currently in the game.
There are less than 42% of the gameplay screen that is allowed for the players to be used and I don’t have to scroll too much to manage the game.
Not only you guys have the store for spending money and gems, but also taking more space for these events and promotions on the screen of the game.
Can the game developer please stop using such passive agressive method and asking players to pay for the game? Give back players the game experience like before and allow a smarter way to present these pomotions. I am sure the players do not need to get overwhelmed by these promtions everytime when they log into the games.
Yep, it’s a known issue and has been around for nearly three years, maybe more.
Even this topic which you have resurrected is two and a half years old !
With the creation of a pull down menu for all offers available, having this type of clutter is senseless and unnecessary. We know SG/Z/TT don’t care about it’s players/customers, so nothing will change.
Customer service is a joke, so the only choices are don’t spend or don’t play.
Anyone who can think of another option that would lead to an actual solution, I’m all ears.
I play the game “Coin Master” and they have a good way to do the offers.
A scrollbar. They take up a lot of space on the left AND right (left = offers / right = events and challenges). You literally click an upwards/downwards arrow to scroll up/down on the offers/events and it works great, they could do similar here, but they never would because they WANT the offers in our faces constantly, to tempt us more and maybe to annoy us into submission of getting rid of them
OMFG - I feel like I’m talking to a wall. I literally pointed that out in my first paragraph that E&P added that! Click on the gems button in the top right hand corner, and it’s the very first tab titled “featured.”
They choose to keep it cluttered to have the offers in your face. The solution is already there, and they simply…do…not…care.
Hmmm, my Endless & Plentiful deals is looking just fine. I can tap and close every icon with ease.

Shoot, I was just told that there was another game within this game. It’s some kind of match 3 thingy. Been playing 4-1/2+ years and never knew it existed
Might need to look into that one but I thoroughly enjoy the tap a deal icon and close it alot. Don’t think I need another game right now
