Con lo difícil que es subir de nivel, creo que este error es grabe.

Como nota, estos cofres morados especiales siempre deberán llenarse con monstruos derrotados (en mapas, misiones o desafíos) o héroes derrotados en incursiones. Esto te lo ha resuelto bastante bien @Coppersky tienes que seleccionar el cofre, y te aparecerá que monstruos son los que tienes que matar, que el cofre sea morado no significa que los monstruos sean de ese color, sino que la misión es especial por tanto la recompensa es mejor.
Los monstruos serán de un color especifico: rojos, amarillos, verdes, azules o morados. Por eso quizas no te suba el número. Te dejo el link donde un jugador dejo un post de donde se encontraban los montruos del color en el mapa. Te recomiendo que sean si es posible por mision todos ellos del color que buscas.
