fiend-resist Fiend Resist At the start of each battle, this Hero is immune to new Fiends for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
:hourglass: Ability: Mana Increase Reduction
Reduces the amount of mana increased by Special Skill by -80%. The effect applies to all enemies in the battle.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Song of Hoot and Holler
  • Attacks the target with Moonrise Strike, dealing up to 2180 damage. Deals 40% more damage if the target is Holy.
  • The target automatically casts Shifting Mindless Attack on a random ally when mana is full at the start of a turn during 4 turns. When this effect is triggered, it shifts to the hit ally and duration is refreshed.
  • All enemies get -35% defense for 4 turns.

Bonus for 1 / 2 / 3 Heroes:

  • All Received mana status ailments will be replaced by a +11% / +31% / 39% mana generation buff for 3 turns.

  • Defense is decreased from 1077 to 1071.

Interesting :thinking: I’m honestly not sure what to think really, I mean the card reads like a powerful red bubbles and I need offensive heros but I think I’ll wait to see what or if any changes are made prior to release.

So similar to Bubbles but Owl instead of Cat, MM with +1 turn duration, and AoE DD instead of single target. I just finished Lodius whom I like a lot so not tempted by another red owl. But not bad for those without Bubbles (I don’t have him either). Funnily the Moonrise Strike mechanic might be helpful here, as one usually wants SM target to survive.

I just finished getting Lodius to 3/70 so I can relate to what you’re saying. Still might give it a few pulls. I don’t have many mindless heroes, and nothing newer

There is a typo and more importantly the numbers are switched around. But Thanks a lot to you for your hard work! :+1:

Also, his design reminds of Twilight from Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole. He also bludgeoned enemies with his musical instrument. His terrible singing probably lowered defense of enemies as well.

Look who just flew in on a solitary 10-draw.

I’m currently leveling Pepperflame but will probably prioritize Eron next.

My fully leveled, emblemed and double limit-broken Timius is one of my heaviest hitters. That Owl Family bonus pairing these two up would be nice. And mindless attack is always fun.

Congrats! But I would still prioritize Pepper over him. The Growth from Pepper is just super strong!

Hero mana speed changed from Avg in beta to fast! GLHF!

This guy works perfectly together with Pepperflame.
Fire Pepper first, get growth (that works particularly good with owls) and then you are free to either kill one or severly hurt one and place shifting mindless, while the AOE DD will trigger Peppers secondary.
And both can be charged in 7 tiles with lego troops due to class (monk/sorcerer)
Nice combo with good strategic utility

Nabbed this fella in 25 pulls! I got Mariol 1st and didn’t dream of getting Eron so soon, but decided to do one more 10 pull and out he popped!

A stronger Bubbles with the DD bonus. I do not feel Eron is the best of the Owls but maybe the 5th best after the blue kill 3 owl, the 2 green and the other sniper counterattack.

I like it, because he reminds me of Twilight from Ga’Hoole, whom I liked. That collar looks weird but otherwise okay.

Also he’s good for a Fast hero. Shifting Mindless that you can target unlike Medea, decent snipe and AoE DD is fine and makes me happy I didn’t take Bubbles in last SE, as I got him yesterday. My only issue is Lodius is quite similar, being red sniper with support effect, though they are good for different roles.

I though they changed Madea so the one you target gets mindless.

This is the first hero to have more than 1100 in attack power at 4/80.
Now surpassed by Caelen.
I remember when I was new to the game Baldur was just out, and he had a whooping 800 atk! The highest at the time. Soon after both Cobalt and Onyx also juuuuuuust broke 800.
Some exceptions aside, most attack power was still under 800 until the second set of Ninja heroes, and finally become normalized with season 5 and the gargoyles.

Move forward to June 2023; the first time we broke 900 was Lasalle from the launch of Untold. Lasalle went straight to 959 (which seemed strange considering he needed the target to survive for his fiends to multiply). In the big stats boost update many heroes from covenant was bumped past 900, but this was the first time at launch.

From here we speed up, and Tenebrae broke 1000 in october of 2023, and we started seeing it regularly soon after, and now we have 1100
