Lianna, for sure. Elkanen isn’t awful, but Lianna is amazing, so… go with her first. 
And if you should luck out and get her costume, even better! (I don’t have costume yet, but she is amazing without it… I imagine she becomes ridiculous with the bonus from it.)

Definitely Lianna. Hands-down better on offense, and even on defense I find Lianna scarier to face than Elkanen!
