Elemental resistance – what constitutes a Nature attack for Evelyn’s nature defense debuff?

Evelyn’s special attack causes -54 resistance to ‘Nature’ attacks. But what constitutes a Nature attack? Green tile attacks and specials from green heros I’m pretty sure. But what about the regular ‘countdown’ attacks from green heroes on defense? Do they also count as a ‘Nature’ attacks? I’m just trying to figure out how effective Evelyn would be on defense.

Yes, slash attacks from nature heroes count as nature attacks. It also applies to minions in front of nature heroes.
