Are the Elemental Chests random? I haven’t received one all month. I’m seeing people post receiving rare assertion items in the chests recently, but I myself haven’t had any.
There’s randomness in how often they appear… the better question is if there’s non-randomness in that. 
People usually say that completing the regular chests (monsters, heroes and titan) increases the chances for elemental chests.

I’m getting two per month, doing twice the basic chest daily and once the raid chest. Player in the alliance not running after chests get less elemantal chests. But they often reward bull shift as others…
