It’s important to remember that Challenge Event Heroes have EXTREMELY low summoning odds. No amount of summoning will guarantee a Challenge Event Hero.
On average, in a 10-pull, you have a 17.5% chance of summoning Eichbelborg.
But that statistic can lead our minds astray in exactly how our odds play out as we continue summoning.
Some useful insights:
69 times out of 100, you’ll get Eichbelborg by pull 20 (5,200 gems)
95 times out of 100, you’ll get Eichbelborg by pull 156 (46,800 gems)
99 times out of 100, you’ll get Eichbelborg by pull 240 (62,400 gems)
Putting that in Perspective
31 out of every 100 people won’t get Eichbelborg by the 20th pull
If 1 Million players each summoned times, 309,196 of those players wouldn’t get Eichbelborg
5 out of every 100 people won’t get Eichbelborg by the 156th pull
If 1 Million players each summoned times, 56,280 of those players wouldn’t get Eichbelborg

If you’ve read them a million times before, you may consider reading them again before deciding on your budget for summoning. A little time spent deciding on how much money you want to risk on summoning goes a long way to avoiding disappointment, frustration, and regret later.
My card says Eichbelborg (not Eichelborg)… i like him… fast def down hero. And just like the others, can give multiple opponents def down (needs to have exact def rating) like on wave hoardes. Combo-ing him with falcon and boldtusk.
Plus if you’re looking to take out a tank, a single target defence drop is more attractive to pair up with snipers than spirit link…
And then of course you start looking at who you might put together in this theoretical attack team.
Given speeds and the potential negative side effect of spirit link to snipers, I think it’s fair to say I’d rather team Scarlett, Lance or Kelile up with Eichbelborg whereas Sumle, Colen or Rokkamush with Wilbur.
I have been reading on the circus heros trying to get information and understand them and try to come up with some kind of decision as I some how ended up with some decision. But I’m kinda thinking that maybe I should hold on to the two I have. Maybe some one can actually respond and help. Please. I have Eichbelborg and also Candy. In some reading tho it kinda seems I may have hit some kind of jackpot tho or am I reading wrong. Can someone please clear things up for me???
They’re both good.
Eichbelborg being a fast def down is nice. It’s only against 1, so you need to pair with a sniper for best effect like Marjana. Personally, I don’t use him that much because I usually go with Gormek-cMarjana/Guardian Falcon-Zagrog/Capt Kestrel/Khagan, to get rid of 3 defending heroes. That being said, you’ll notice that aside from Marjana, the heroes are average/slow, so it depends on how many mana troops/mana nodes you use to time it so that you get all to hit more or less in the same turn (3x 3 tile matches). Eichbelborg kind of helps there because he’s fast.
Candy is a 3* Raffaele, so that’s always good. I don’t know if there is potential to use her much at higher levels because she is average speed vs slow. But keeping her alive could be a problem. Otherwise, a nice one in 3* tournaments I guess, or starting fodder in towers.
I got this guy last CF2 and am not leveling him. His primary purpose is D drop on titans over average Gormek. Given his “modest” A value I am thinking HP/D for emblems to help him survive, but am curious what others have done and had success with.
He would be a titan specialist for me as well. The Falcon timing bothers me less on titans than raids. Titans it only take a minor mana pot if needed to time them.
I think I need him to live to fire and will go HP/D. He’s getting close from all the AR feeders today. A step up from Gormek! (Finally)
