Discord is mandatory – and actively used, not just for the interview.
West of the Equator has been taking down 8* and some 9* titans lately, but they were taking down 10* titans not too long ago, and I don’t doubt they will again, once they fill those openings. East of the Equator is currently hunting 12* titans.
Our members are all over the globe (and thus timezones), and English is our common language.
