An easy way to find out would be to use buff inhibition on minions that gives buffs like those Chinese heroes or hulda. If their minion effects are inhibited, most likely her taunt will be inhibited as well
I do believe Hulda gets her minion effects blocked if afflicted with buff inhibition, I’ve attempted that once
