And now the Elemental Link is always applied regardless of the draw (based on my understanding. I have not got time to test it yet.)

It’s balance with more common sense now. Surprised they reworked a hotm
Still weak as hell, dmg to 1 DoT to 1. It would have been serviceable if the DoT was to nearby at least.
October is toon Kad release date? Would be nice to get this hero as a bonus while summoning for toon Kad 
He seems decent - not special but usable I beleive.
Can’t say if he is an amazing hero but i’d personally riot in here if they named him after a living legend and made him bad

His initial damage needs to go to 400% for him to be good in today’s meta of massive defense and health stats.

His guaranteed damage should’ve be at least 400% + neaby enemies.
Random DOT is way more easier to def teams to avoid/block/resist than anything else. Why not different stats effects? Mana down, DOT, miss chance. For example.
Otherwise big skip. Buff steal at very fast is just ok.
Special skill just needs to be headbutt
