This thread is to provide early insights and discussion on the Round 5 of the new Woodland Faun Heroes.
Don’t get too attached
Details from Beta, especially brand-new Beta content, don’t tend to be very reliable for actual release.
It’s incredibly common that features are changed during Beta testing, or sometimes even after testing but before release. That is, after all, the purpose of Beta testing.
So I wouldn’t get too attached to any of this — it’s not unheard of for entire portions of features to be removed or reworked, or for radical changes to functionality to be made.
Woodland Faun Heroes
There are a total of two (2) new heroes added to Beta for testing; these have been indicated to be for an unknown Summon.

Heroes become stronger when teamed with other unique Heroes of the same family.
Bonus for 1 / 2 Heroes:
- 75% / 100% chance to resist mana reductions and mana status ailments.
- +50% / +100% more damage dealth against Minions.

This character has innate resistance against status ailments, stacks and Wither effects that affect defense. Doesn’t apply to status ailments that affect elemental defense.
Special Skill: Charm of Protection
- Enhanced Dodge: All allies get +70% chance to dodge Special Skills that deal damage. This effect lasts until the ally succesfully dodges once.
- After the Enhanced Dodge ends or is removed or replaced, the ally gets a Wooden Doll Minion.
- When summoned the Wooden Doll Minion gives its owner immunity to new status ailments and to buff dispels and reallocation for as long as the owner has Wooden Doll Minion.
(The Minion Health and attack is not stated in the skill, but the HP is 35%.)

Special Skill: Captivating Illusions
- Deals 420% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
- Enhanced Dodge: All allies get +60% chance to dodge Special Skills that deal damage. This effect lasts until the ally succesfully dodges 3 times.
- After the Enhanced Dodge ends or is removed or replaced, one random enemy gets -80% accuracy for 3 turns, and one random enemy takes 480 Bleed damage over 3 turns. (Chance to miss applies to offensive Special Skills.)
