Thank you for the feedback. I do plan to address this for all my reviews with a handy guide. Thanks again!

Hellow! Thanks for this thorough information. Does this event provide special troops like the Ninja Tower does? I’ve been saving up my troops tokens since last NT and can’t wait to spend them…

No

This thread is for heroes. Other threads have this info

Thanks a lot, sorry I thought this thread was for general info

This is just heroes

^This contains all Tower of Magic beta content (other than the general one)

I’m guessing they will alternate Ninja and Magic Tower, rather than having them every month. So Magic, Tavern, Ninja, Tavern, Magic etc.

Likely there will be a third tower event of some sort and tavern will be moved elsewhere and reduced in time

Or there will be another Tavern like event …
We will see…

is there like jade or mica least wanted 5 star ninja heroes in this event?

I think that Agrafena might be the “bad” magic hero for some people but IMO she will be very good in offense

Since all of them have technically 2 specials, there’s good chance at least one of them doesn’t suck. Agrafena’s heal is massive for her second tier. Personally I would like to have any of them, though Nedezhda wins.

Btw Nedezhda is first regular reviver that isn’t green. Also, is her name supposed to be Naděžda? What a butchery …

ZYNGA has definitely lost the pot
And I who was complaining was S.G.

:joy::joy::joy: Please come back S.G.

It is impossible to climb 10 floors of the tower without having an arsenal of heroes and an arsenal of forges.

And I am not one of those who have few heroes … how many more 80 heroes promoted from 4 * and 5 * but it is absurd to try to advance in that tower

I used the same few heros mix of 4-5*, 8 tornados and no curses so far. Just as easy as ninja, new blessings are interesting.

What I like about the heros passive skill is that it encourages rainbow play since generally ally benefits are only off color.

The x1 charge is very fast, correct?
The x2 charge seems like it could be average or fast. Is that correct? They seem to get to the full charge real fast.

Playing with these Magic heroes is gonna take a lot of planning and coordination.

very fast and slow :sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile:

@PlayForFun Thanks for this useful info. I’m curious how did you test to know that it’s exactly 5.6 tiles (not 5.5 or 5.4 tiles) and 12.5 tiles (not 12.4 or 12.3)?

Beta players tested during beta. Some are really good at measuring mana build up.

I can provide a bit insight:
Nb: I used the data provided in the table at the opening post, I don’t know whether tgat is up to date or not.

Now for the First Mana Charge:

The First Mana Charge only need 6 tiles with +0% mana generation, in this condition 6 tiles worth: 6 × 100% = 6 which is enough to fill it. It means the threshold is <= 6

The First Mana Charge still need 6 tiles with +11% mana generation, in this condition, 5 tiles worth: 5 × 111% = 5.55 which is not enough to fill it. It means the threshold is > 5.55

The First Mana Charge only need 5 tiles with +13% mana generation, in this condition 5 tiles worth: 5 × 113% = 5.65 which is enough to fill it. It means the threshold is <= 5.65

Based on those findings, we can conclude that: 5.55 < First Mana Charge <= 5.65 so it is ~ 5.6, note that @PlayForFun use “~” which means approximately, not exactly.

Nb: we can reduce the gap by testing with +12% mana generation (worth 5.6 with 5 tiles), +39% mana generation (worth 5.56 with 4 tiles), +40% mana generation (worth 5.6 with 4 tiles), and/or +41% mana generation (worth 5.64 with 4 tiles). These combinations are possible with mana troops, mana buff from Ariel/Odin/etc, and/or mana bonus node from talent (emblem).

Now for the Second Mana Charge:

The Second Mana Charge only need 13 tiles with +0% mana generation, in this condition, 13 tiles worth: 13 × 100% = 13 which is enough to fill it. It means the threshold is <= 13

The Second Mana Charge only need 12 tiles with +5% mana generation, in this condition, 12 tiles worth: 12 × 105% = 12.6 which is enough to fill it. It means the threshold is <= 12.6

The Second Mana Charge still need 12 tiles with +11% mana generation, in this condition, 11 tiles worth: 11 × 111% = 12.21 which is not enough to fill it. It means the threshold is > 12.21

The Second Mana Charge only need 11 tiles with +13% mana generation, in this condition 11 tiles worth: 11 × 113% = 12.43 which is enough to fill it. It means the threshold is <= 12.43

Based on those findings, we can conclude that: 12.21 < Second Mana Charge <= 12.43, I don’t know why @PlayForFun write it as 12.5, maybe it was changed.

Nb: we can reduce the gap by testing with +12% (worth 12.32 with 11 tiles), +23% (worth 1.23 with 10 tiles), +24% (worth 12.4 with 10 tiles), +36% (worth 12.24 with 9 tiles), +37% (worth 12.33 with 9 tiles), and/or +38% (worth 12.42 with 9 tiles). These combinations are possible with mana troops, mana buff from Ariel/Odin/etc, and/or mana bonus node from talent (emblem).

In the first Beta testing using the similar method we had this 12.21 - 12.43 range so approximatly 12.3.
In the second Beta staff made the heroes to charge slower to 12.4-12.6 range so around 12.5.

But it looks like they speed up the heroes back to 12.3.
