That one is fine.
The wording is correct but it’s due to the two counters including / not including the current turn.
But you never have multiple battle items locked out. Always just one.
The “locked out for 3 turns” DOES include the current turn. The “every 2 turns” DOESN’T seem to include the present turn… More of a “in 2 more turns time”.
