In the the summon gate when you look up his stats on card his damage is 270% to target and near by. But mine which I just got from bonus draw say 235% so which is right?
When you see the card in the summon gate it shows a maxed level Drake Fong with also max 8/8 special. When you pull a Drake Fong he will be unlevelled and his special will only be at 1/8 you gotta feed him heroes to level him up.
Edit: He also requires unfarmable ascension materials at tier 3 and tier 4 to ascend him
