Out of control dmg lvls. 3-4-5k normal mob autoattack? 5k+ boss autoattack? Killing a boss with the special tile 3 match? Awful awful dmg structure.

Three Map Stages? Really? I am not the farming type of guy. Few days in and already nothing to do.
Is it normal that I donāt get any dragons when farming?
Yes, it is normal. Regular map stages does not give any dragons at the moment.
It is confirmed by Staff.
SG currently wants to restrict farming access to 3* mats and block access to 4* mats so that they can force PtW players to buy them. They will gradually roll out access to map stages according to their strategy to maximise their income.
I just got an ornate headdress from idle chest.
I thought their in game email said they were going to increase common feather drops. Iāve not seen an increase
Yup. Once you get two hatcheries going, you run out of white feathers pretty quickly. If it were up to me, Iād add a ācheapā option to replace tier 1 that only cost 1 feather at tier 6 (when you get that second hatchery), or maybe even none.
When the message came out, common feathers did increase the drop rate. However, the last day or two, rates have dropped off significantly again. At least from my perspective. 3 feathers total after 6 stages?
It would be nice, if we would find a rough formula with some reasonable effort to calculate the expected damage for dragon attacks.
So I tested the damage from several dragons with neutral damage from combo1 tiles on the monsters in 2-1 (= 5460 defense) and 2-10 (= 6090 defense)

a = ~ 0.0758

Iām interested in the answer here too! I seem low on some crafting items compared to others (of the same rarity). Or maybe it is simply I have crafted certain items more than others.
Do we know for sure that Dragonspire opens new map levels every month or are we assuming so because that is what they have done in the past?
This is also the first one where there is no visible countdown timer so it leaves open the possibility that SG is working on another/a different time line.
Itās my assumption too. We see area 4 in beta now so we know itās not too far away.
V71 will be released next week, and forced the week after.
I guess these new areas will open 2 weeks from now.

Which level gives u most of these? I cant train because i am always out of em.
Iāve been farming 3/8 for ease, and 3/10 and have had plenty.
Using hatchery 1 (not 2) helps the feathers go further.
Collecting them seems very random. I havenāt found any level that reliably produces more than any other. Having same problem always running out.
Feathers have come at a rate to have allowed me to max a team of 4 3 *s and 1 4 *, which was achieved despite using fast with hatchery 2 for a while. and one team is as much as I can use at present.
Iāve not heard of breakdowns of loot for dragonspire areas being mentioned though I know that @Ruskin505 asked a similar question early on.
Players with good pulls including 5* and 4* dragons may still have lots of levelling to do,
For me, Iāll hold out for better prospects by filling my roster with feeders and, once done, starting to feed 1 *s to unlevelled 3 *s.
If I donāt have hatchery 10 open by this time, I might make use of hathery 3-7 to try to get some better 3*s to work with.
Iāve tried several stages in area 3, didnāt see any that were obviously better or worse than others. But thatās just based on a few observations, to really know that would take a bigger data collection effort (by the community, probably). Loot overall looks better in area 3 than lower ones so as long as youāre farming there, youāre probably doing about the best you can do for now. Weāll see when more areas open upā¦
Because I could reliably do 3-1 using auto-play, thatās where Iāve been farming, common feather drops are random like anywhere else but it can be 0, 1 or 2 at a time. So it seems to work well enough but I donāt think it will be enough to keep 2 hatcheries going continuously (using lvl 1 training).
I wish the idle chests would drop more of them. They always seem to have different kinds of feathers but I only remember seeing common ones dropped onceā¦ maybe itās just been unlucky.
Also I have been wondering, since Dragon world doesnāt have its own titans or wars, shouldnāt those things start dropping items/mats for Dragons nowā¦? Would be nice anyway.
