Double flail mayhem, more like 'single flail mediocre'

Imagine balur having this skill

  • deals 480% damage to the target

  • if the target dies, the excess damage is dealt to a random enemy

  • the target gets 252 bleed damage over 3 turns

  • elemental link gives all ice allies immunity to fiends for 4 turns. This effect cannot be dispelled

(Changed to fast speed, changed to barbarian)

Now that will be the real double flail mayhem

Worst HOTM I can physically remember. No redeeming features at all.
