Hi community my luck is very bad and couldn’t pull new high level heroes so I seek ur advices whether my current roster can stand for future E&P challenges and events ?

I think you know the answer. you have some lovely benchmark fives like JF, Telly, costumed Joon, Vela, Marj and Kunchen, so you should be fine in events and challenges. And you have some great fours in Proteus BT Rigard Grimm Caedmon Wilbur etc
Either you are a very hard marker, or this is actually a humblebrag. This is not the list of an unlucky summoner
Either way, this team should be able to compete just fine in most areas
